This week's podcast features my mentor and marketing expert, Lorraine Ball, founder of Roundpeg.  Lorraine recently updated her organization's values with her team and shares her experience with me.

She asked her team, "who do you want to sit next to?" to help them craft specific values and behaviors to hold each other mutually accountable to.  They have now become her hiring criteria and coaching standards.  As Lorraine says, "values are a window into the soul of the person."
